Refinishing
The best part of being a wood floor contractor is taking a floor that has damaged areas and turning it into a new floor. If a floor has gray dirt spots, water damage, or needs to have the layout changed it can happen. As with new installations a refinish takes the floor to bare wood so you can choose the type of finish to be used.
One of the major concerns
clients have is the dust created from sanding. I use a dust collection system
while sanding that eliminates 95% of the dust. If a particular job requires
complete containment and removal I recommend subcontracting one of the local
companies that specialize in dust containment.
